For Indiana InDepth Story: Elwood Schools is one of four school districts in the state that have installed telemedicine equipment at their schools for students to use. The equipment entails a laptop and some virtual technology like stethoscopes, and allows students to see a doctor through the laptop instead of going to the hospital. Isaac Vehikite has been nurse Heather Gordon's go to kid when she was testing and practicing with the new technology. She uses the camera to look in his throught and ears plus the stethoscope to listen to his heart and lungs on May 23, 2017.
