Dean Baldwin Painting LP groundbreaking at Grissom Aeroplex on Wednesday. The $13.8 million project will start in the next few weeks. Company CEO Barbara Baldwin said she anticipates the facility will create around 200 jobs with an annual $6 million payroll in 2013.
