HC Fair 4h awards
Joshua Maurer and Austin Richard are becoming 4-H Royalty after collecting the most money in the penny votes during the fair. The money raised is used fro the 4-H Junior Leaders Scholarship Fund. Peyton Hite puts a sash on Richard.
