We Care restored truck

All American Auto Service has worked on restoring a 1946 International Harvester KB1 truck on during the past year. The rare, restored antique automobile will be put up for auction with hundreds of other items during the 44th annual We Care Telethon, which kicks off 6 p.m. Friday and runs non-stop for 48 hours until 6 p.m. Sunday.
