Shooting on Dixon Street

Shortly after 5 a.m. reports came in of a man laying in the street in the 1000 block of East Dixon Street with a gunshot wound on Thanksgiving day November 24, 2016. KPD and KFD administer first aid till medics arrive to take him to the hospital.
