Wall Collapsed

Basement wall collapsed at a number of houses around town from about 6 inches of rain falling in less than 2 hours on July 11, 2017. Kokmo firefighters talk about the damage to a house belonging to the Barlow family at 2210 North Buckeye Street just before they shut off the electric and gas to the house.
