Kokomo Police accident investigator Troy Hintz measures the distance the pickup truck traveled off North Washington before it struck the tree leaving one person dead on December 17, 2019. The vehicle was traveling northbound in the 2700 block left the road sometime last evening. Tracks are visible but snow covered indicating that the accident occurred before the snow fell overnight.
