Firefighters arrived on the scene of a fully engulfed house fire at 4632 North on 700 West in Tipton County on Friday Nov. 22, 2019. Kempton, Russiaville, Harrison Twp, and Tayor Twp. all responded to support Sharpsville Volunteer Fire Department with the fire.The house owned by David Cooper was reported by a Tipton Deputy to be vacant with the residents moving out in February. The house was a complete loss.
