After a man shot at Kokomo police at 744 S. Indiana who returned fire on Wednesday around 4 p.m. November 27, 2019. Backup came including Howard County deputies and State Police. SWAT was called in. They brought him out with tear gas around 6 p.m. with no injures beyond the chemical irritations to the suspect who was taken to the hospital for observation.
