A single engine plane crashed killing the pilot bout a 1000 feet south of Indiana 22 between 300 and 400 East shortly after 5 p.m. Saturday Oct. 5, 2019. The aircraft reportedly departed Kokomo Airport about an hour previous but a witness said it was heading north. Howard County Coroner Steve Seele photographs the scene.
