Five people have been arrested after a shootout and high speed chase on Monday evening September 2, 2019. A red Ford F150 truck was finally stopped in the 600 block of south Jay where 3 were detained. Later one in the 800 block of East King and finally the 5th at Vaile and Ohio. Three guns and a bag of drug were also recovered at 3 different locations.
