The late Jimmy Rayl’s former basketball teammates, coaches, friends and family joined together for a special ceremony inside Memorial Gym on Thursday, Feb. 6, when the City of Kokomo announced the honorary renaming of West Superior Street leading to Memorial Gym “Jimmy Rayl Boulevard.”
