Tarita Brown thanks Kokomo firefighters Kevin Watt, Chief Chris Frazier and Jeff Cooper at station 2 on January 7, 2020. She was in a horrific auto accident on October 23, 2018, in which she was entrapped and had to be cut out. Cooper stayed with her in the car talking her through the extraction. Watt and Frazier were the other rescuers that were first on the scene.
