A branch sits on the lines tripping the breaker and shutting off power near Union and Richmond as a massive storm surge came together in downtown Kokomo on Wednesday afternoon July 8, 2020. Most of the damage, including about 10 big trees, that the city removed occured within a mile of downtown.
