Rob McGill, Haiden Starks, Jay Sanders, and Brett Ehrman from Houston Electric Solar division put of the first few solar panels at historic Douglas School. Officials are hoping the 70 panels will offset a good chunk of the electrical needs of the building as it is being restored to be a museum.
