1-30-14 --- One of the local counting sites for the homeless of Howard County is the Kokomo Rescue Mission. To bring people in they were giving backpacks with personal items and blankets to all who registered. Phillip L Tucker gave his information to Ron Visser, director of mens ministries, before getting his supplies. --
