Shooting on Elk Drive

Howard County Deputies assist KPD on Imperial Drive where shane Cooper's dad lives. A call from his father brought them to this address. A young man was found in the hallway with a gun shot wound to the neck at 520 Elk Drive in Kokomo Manor Apartments on Thursday morning Jan. 15, 2015. Kokomo police are looking for a white male, Shane Cooper who drives a red Dodge raised pickup in connection to the shooting.
