7-2-14 --- Animal Control Officer Billy Bryant working in Kokomo and Howard County. Billy responded to a call of an abandoned Pit Bull at 1009 E Firmin Street. While trying to pick up the animal to put it in the cage it turned around an bit him in the hand. --
