Rawlins Family tornado anniversary

Phyllis Rawlins and her granddaughter-in-law Chelsea stand in the empty lot of what used to be Phyliss Rawlins' home on E. Ricketts Street. The home was destroyed by November 2013's tornado while the family was in the basement.
