Boy Scout Troop 523 and Cub Scout Pack 3523 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints performing a flag retirement ceremony. The process brought in about 2000 flags. Stephen Spencer and Thomas Bragg pull damaged flags from bags fold and stack them to be disposed of properly.
