Kokomo Police arrest Zachary James Dalton after police were called to 1829 W. Madison on a smell of ammonia. They found smoke coming from a trash tote. KFD was called in to extinguish the fire after police dumped the contents into the street away from the house. Cookers and other meth lab remnants were found in the trash can.
