Jane Miller, a 26-year breast cancer survivor, decided to decorate a tree in honor of all breast cancer patients and survivors, including her sister, a 12-year survivor, and a good friend who was diagnosed with fast-growing breast cancer and is going through the rigors of chemotherapy.
